Required equipment

Muse 2, model MU-03

A compatible Muse EEG headband is required for baselines and training sessions. Cortex cannot begin live training without a connected headset.

Install PNB Cortex on Windows
  1. 1. Download the Launcher ZIP below.
  2. 2. Open Downloads, right-click the ZIP, and choose Extract All.
  3. 3. Open the extracted folder and double-click INSTALL_PNB_CORTEX.cmd.
  4. 4. Approve the Windows prompt, then open the new PNB Cortex desktop shortcut.
  5. 5. Turn on the Muse first and keep the launcher running during Cortex use.
